WATERPROOFING AT CROWN 99 (IMAGO)

We’re proud to share one of our completed waterproofing projects at Crown 99 in Imago Mall. For this site, our team carried out a full membrane waterproofing system specifically for the kitchen area. This section is one of the most critical zones in any F&B outlet, as it is constantly exposed to water, heat, cleaning chemicals, and daily operations.

By using a high-quality membrane system, we ensured excellent durability, stronger protection against leaks, and long-term resistance against moisture and surface movement. All joints, corners, and pipe penetrations were carefully detailed to prevent any future seepage issues.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the preparation of this outlet before it officially opened. Quality waterproofing may not always be visible, but it plays a huge role in maintaining a safe, clean, and problem-free working environment.
